If you have two ears and a heart, you’ve probably been brought to tears by Rent at some point in your life.
But have you been Adam Levine levels of moved?
Chatting with Ellen for an episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show airing Monday, Taylor Swift revealed that the Maroon 5 frontman has a weakness for musical theater, as she learned while mentoring on The Voice.
“If you sing songs from Rent, you can actually render Adam Levine helpless on the floor,” Swift says, before busting out a line of Seasons of Love in her most theater-y voice. “He can’t even run away, he’s so weak.”
As for Taylor’s own weak spots? Well, she has a crippling fear of sea urchins…
It has barbs and it goes into whatever it touches, and then you have to go to the emergency room and it has to be surgically removed. You could lose your foot, you could lose your hand, you could lose your hand trying to get it off of your foot.
… and she’s also terrified of being framed.
So many people would frame me. They could frame you for any crime that you could go to jail for, and look at me, I wouldn’t survive in jail.
We’re sure these girls could give her some pointers.
